We work closely with the Educational Society and contribute in running two elementary schools, two higher secondary schools, two colleges and a teacher’s training center for women. Various social service initiatives including ambulances, medical camps, scholarships and charitable foundations have been setup to cater to the local community

We promote safe and fair social and labor conditions for our valued workers. We closely measure the social impact of manufacturing across areas such as wages, working hours, health and safety, and employee treatment.

FOUNDATION & EXPERIENCE

The shoe factory is set up with Italian artisanal shoe experts/ customers since 1986 and focused on small production batches of semi-mechanical production with manual treatment detailing and finishes by highly craft skilled hands.

The design and development department has material research and professionals for aesthetic designing, construction engineering, pattern/ fitting engineering and proto making.

Apart from upper stitching lines, the upper factory is specialized in manual works like Hand stitching, braiding, weaving, direct sole stitching for all special constructions with hand finishing of uppers, etc.

Shoemaking is done by mechanical seat lasting controlled by manual side lasting, insole and sole preparation are done by semi mechanical-manual preparations for minutely detailed works.

Shoes finishing are done by natural aniline, pigments and coloring matters by way of hand spray applications, tamponation, brushing, and polishing.

Leather from adjoining tannery complex in-house and local sourcing of materials makes the upper and shoes best example of minimum carbon footprints.

UK brands experience in artisanal products of Clarks, Jones- the bookmaker and Base London.

Upper and shoemaking are adopted with needle policy for safety, staple and nails free and usage for all aqueous solutions and finishes.
